The DeployGPU dashboard at platform.deploygpu.ai has four ways in: Google, GitHub, a magic link sent to your email, or an email address and password. No card is needed to sign up. Your account, balance and deployments belong to your email address, whichever method you use to reach them.

Sign in with Google or GitHub

Click Google or GitHub on the sign-in page and approve the request. The first time you do this, DeployGPU creates your account from the email address the provider shares. That address has to be verified with Google or GitHub first, otherwise the sign-in is refused with a message asking you to verify it there. GitHub explains how in verifying your email address. If an account with the same email address already has a password, you are asked for that password once to link Google or GitHub to it. After that, either method signs you in to the same account. Choose Cancel and use a different method if you would rather keep them apart. Enter your email address and click Send magic link. The email contains a sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes. If no account exists for that address yet, the link creates one. Requests are rate limited, so if the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before asking for another.

Sign up with an email and password

  1. Click Sign up on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address, a password of 8 to 128 characters and, optionally, your name.
  3. Complete the human check if one is shown.
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then create the account.
DeployGPU then emails you a verification link, which also expires after 15 minutes. Until the address is verified, signing in takes you to the verification page instead of the dashboard. You can send a new link from that page, up to 3 times in 15 minutes.

Reset a password

  1. Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter the email address of your account.
  3. Open the reset link in the email within 60 minutes and choose a new password.
The page shows the same confirmation whether or not an account exists for the address, so check that you typed the address you signed up with if nothing arrives. Accounts created with Google, GitHub or a magic link can also sign in with those methods without ever setting a password.

Sign out

Open the account menu in the dashboard and choose Sign out. Signing out of the dashboard does not stop or affect any running deployment: instances keep running, and billing continues, until you stop them. See Billing for how running instances are charged.
